Day by Day Itinerary
Arrival
We’ll pick you up from the airport (JRO) and take you to your accommodation in Arusha, a vibrant city known as the gateway to Tanzania’s famous national parks. Nestled at the foot of Mount Meru, Arusha offers a cool climate, lush scenery, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Tarangire National park
After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your accommodation and drive you to Tarangire National Park, a journey of approximately 2 hours. Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds, expansive savannahs, ancient baobab trees, and seasonal swamps. The Tarangire River, a vital water source, draws an abundance of wildlife expect to see giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeests, gathering along its banks. The park is also home to buffalo, zebras, and wildebeest, often trailed by predators such as the majestic lion and elusive leopard.

Serengeti National park
After breakfast, you'll begin your journey toward the fertile highlands, suitable for cultivation of wheat, coffee, and corn. As you pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a true natural wonder. By midday, you’ll arrive at the Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s largest park, spanning over 15,000 square kilometers. The park boasts an incredible variety of landscapes, including grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannahs, and mountains. This is also the stage for the awe-inspiring Great Migration, where wildebeest, zebra, and antelope move in vast numbers in search of fresh grazing, an unforgettable spectacle, depending on the season of your visit.

Serengeti national park
Full day game drive in the Serengeti. Your professional guide will take you to key areas of the park, focusing on wildlife hotspots and following the path of the Great Migration. The migration is a year-round event, but the best chance to witness the dramatic Mara River crossing is between July and September, when thousands of wildebeest and zebras risk the treacherous river in search of fresh grazing. From January to March, the southern Serengeti becomes the stage for calving season, attracting predators and offering thrilling sightings. With over 1.5 million wildebeest and countless other animals moving across the ecosystem, every game drive offers something unique.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro
After an early breakfast, you'll set out for another memorable game drive in the Serengeti, with the chance to spot the legendary Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard. As the animals roam freely across the vast, unfenced plains, you’ll enjoy a truly immersive and uninterrupted wildlife experience. Later in the day, you'll begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro region, taking in beautiful landscapes and possibly encountering more wildlife along the way. Upon reaching the crater’s rim, you’ll catch your first awe-inspiring glimpse of the Ngorongoro Crater, with its wide open grasslands, shimmering streams, and diverse animal life.

Ngorongoro crater
You will start your day with an early breakfast around 6:30 am, before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater. As you explore the crater floor, you'll have the opportunity to see the iconic Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard—along with a variety of bird species, including the black rhino, which thrives in this unique environment. You'll enjoy a delightful lunch inside the crater while taking in the breathtaking scenery and observing the high concentration of flamingos around the soda lakes. After an exciting 6 to 7-hour game drive within the crater, you will begin your ascent and head back to the lodge dinner and overnight stay.
Lake Manyala
After breakfast, you’ll set off for Lake Manyara National Park. Though small in size, the park is rich in biodiversity and named after the shallow Lake Manyara, which expands and shrinks with the seasons. This soda lake attracts thousands of flamingos and is home to over 500 species of birds. During your game drive, you may spot a variety of wildlife, including monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and elephants. With a bit of luck, you might even see the park’s famous tree-climbing lions. The landscape is stunning, ranging from open plains and woodlands to baobab-dotted cliffs, offering a uniquely scenic safari experience. After an extensive exploration of the park, you’ll drive back Safari to Arusha. Here, you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and a peaceful overnight stay, surrounded by the natural beauty of Tanzania.

Arusha, Departure
leisure breakfast and lunch at the lodge, and depending on your departure time, you will be transferred to the Kilimanjaro International Airport.
